Creative Movement offers preschool girls a chance to exercise, pretend, and express themselves through dance. Children continue to develop fine and large motor skills, as well as rhythm and coordination. Listening skills and teamwork are emphasized as children plan and learn together.
Class Goals:
  • ​Participate in warm-up activities teaching basic stretches.
  • Release energy with nonstop movement during class.
  • Learn pointes and flexes, first position, basic jumps and hops, skips with alternating feet, and gallops. 
  • Take turns and follow directions during prop activities.
  • Learn and retain choreography for a three minute dance. 
Summer Dancers Wear:
Shorts or Leggings, Black Leotard, Pink Ballet Shoes
Attire can be purchased through the studio after registration.
Girls Age 3 or 4 by Oct. 1, 2021
