Boys only! See what happens when you combine elementary music and PE classes. Boys exercise and play games with scooters, tumble mats, parachutes and musical instruments. Students also learn warm-up and stretching techniques that will make them stronger athletes and have the opportunity to make sounds with drum sticks and tap shoes.
Class Goals:
  • ​Warm up learning basic stretches that will increase athleticism.
  • Focus on muscle development through arm and leg workouts.
  • Release energy with nonstop movement (jogging, jumping, galloping) during class.
  • Develop coordination through movements alternating legs and arms.
  • Take turns and follow directions during prop activities.
Boys Wear:
Shorts or Athletic Pants and T-Shirt
We will mostly move in bare feet but please bring a pair of socks to class.
