Happy Monday! We're ready for a new week of activities!
It looks like we're going to be inside most of the day today, so I've been trying to think of things we can do in small spaces with the materials we have available. We have a TON of plastic eggs, so I created these two templates to use for dance games.
This is a classic and one of my favorites - perfect for today! Enjoy Singing in the Rain!
Have a great Monday and send us photos for our Friends page!
Here are lots of things to get you going this weekend!
A friend from another studio shared these links with me and they're pretty cool! The descriptions under the videos are a little off - one says its for Toddlers but I think its more geared for 4 - 6 year olds. Some don't have an age description at all - so I would pick just based on what theme your child is interested in.
Today I'm going to send you in the direction of a LOCAL resource you should be following if you aren't already! Bay School Community Arts Center in Mathews - here is their website and facebook page - has been preparing to-go art packets that families can pick up and create at home. Follow their pages to see when the next packet is ready.
And two notes on inspiration for today. First, this is one of my favorites. It's from Don Quixote and very short but I love it!
Second, yesterday, it was announced that Andrew Lloyd Webber's musicals will be streamed online. They will pick a new musical each week and stream it on this YouTube Channel. It will be available to watch for 48 hours. This is pretty awesome so I hope that there will be some you are able to check out!
That is it for today! I hope you are all doing well and I miss your kids so much. Send me videos and photos so I can see what they're up to! We have a few new photos on our Friends page!
Good morning dancers!

And here is a longer playlist if you have more energy to release. These are videos from a variety of sources.
The elementary girls classes LOVE playing doll maker. They should enjoy this clip from Coppelia!
